Please note: Kennel cough cannot only be caught in kennels your pet can contract it anywhere they walk/play. Terms and Conditions:         

I understand that my Dog / Cat will not be accepted without up to date vaccinations.        

I have declared any ailments/ conditions that my dog/cat has.    

I understand that, while every care will be given to my animal(s) they are boarded entirely at my own risk.        

I give permission for a qualified vet to be called if required & I will be responsible for any fees incurred.          

(unless illness, loss or injury arises directly from negligence on the part of Northwick Boarding Kennels or its staff). 

I understand that full booking fees are due if I decide to collect my dog/cat before the date of departure.        

I understand that I will be asked to collect my dog/cat if it becomes aggressive and unmanageable. 

My dog has a suitable collar and identity tag.        

Where applicable, I agree my two or more dogs can share a kennel. But will allow them to be separated if necessary.

If your pet is not collected 7 days after the original collection date, with no contact from yourselves, we will presume your pet has been abandoned and we will start rehoming proceedings
